All around cheapest plan - MetroPcs - $40 unlimited web/text/voice

Right now, the cheapest plan seems to be the $40/mo plan from MetroPcs. It has unlimited web/text/voice. This is like $30-40 cheaper than AT&T.

According to metropcs.com, one can bring a HTC Hero (CDMA version) phone and flash the phone to MetroPcs.
